Who We Are

The region’s leader

A history of excellence, a future of opportunity

Saint Luke’s is a faith-based, non-profit, aligned health system committed to providing the highest levels of excellence in compassionate health care and health-related services. For over 130 years, we’ve been dedicated to enhancing the physical, mental, and spiritual health of the diverse communities we serve.

We’re based in Kansas City with both Metro area and Regional Hospitals in our system, consistently ranked as one of the Best Places to Work in the region. Because of our size and varied staffing needs, we are able to easily support transfers between hospitals, as well as provide flexible scheduling and opportunities for advanced career growth.

Saint Luke’s is proud to be a community of people operating at their best, alongside the best in their fields, providing the best care in the region.

Resources invested back into the system and in you

How non-profit status profits our patients

As a non-profit, we can invest our profits back into our hospitals instead of into shareholders’ accounts. This means that we’re able to offer highly competitive pay and unique benefits that are focused around our employees’ lives, providing flexibility and support where you need it the most.

We value our staff and want you to feel that appreciation where it counts. After all, your satisfaction is necessary for us to meet our goals of providing top quality healthcare to our surrounding communities.
