Clinical education specialists provide critical services in alignment with Saint Luke’s strategic goals. Armed with a wide breadth of knowledge and experience, you act as role model, leader, change agent, instructor, and facilitator in the provision of clinical education services. We rely on your skill sets to develop ongoing educational programming and to coordinate performance improvement activities, all with the goal of promoting excellent patient care.

Because of your education, experience, and expertise, you serve as a valued asset to both co-workers and patients. You’re a source of knowledge to fellow staff while also improving care for those we serve, often helping patients navigate the healthcare system.
